WMU's Master of Arts in Educational Leadership prepares individuals for various educational leadership roles including, principal, superintendent, higher education administrator, or executive director within education institutions such as:
The program includes a leadership core, a capstone experience, and one of the following three specialty concentrations:
- K-12 School Principal Leadership
- K-12 Curriculum and Instruction Leadership
- Organizational Analysis Leadership
The course schedule at WMU-Southwest is designed to support working teachers. Classes are offered in an evening, weekend, or concentrated summer format.
