Getting Help

There are several ways to get help accessing and using library resources.

An off campus librarian is the best place to start if you need assistance finding materials on your topic, choosing the best database, or tracking down a citation. Contact the WMU off campus librarian Michele Behr.

Western Michigan University Libraries also provide an “Ask a Librarian” service using e-mail and chat at: http://www.wmich.edu/library/ask/.  A link to this service is available on every page on the Libraries website. E-mail messages are answered by Reference Librarians at the Waldo Library several times per day. Chat availability varies by semester. For hours of availability click here: http://www.wmich.edu/library/askalib/#chat

You may also call any one of the Reference units in the Libraries for immediate answers to your questions.
