Electronic Resources

The library web pages at http://www.wmich.edu/library/ contain many helpful guides on finding specialized kinds of information such as movie and play reviews, primary source material, images, company information, etc. There are two ways to locate these guides. One way is to use the By Type/Format link under the Find It category from the top of the left hand navigation bar.

Another way to locate specialized kinds of information sources is to locate it by subject area. Follow the steps below:

1. Start from any page on the Library website. In the upper left hand corner find the Find It category.
2. Select the By Subject link. That will take you to the Subject Guides page.
3. Click on a subject area from the menu. You will see a list of categories of information relevant to that field. Select the information format you require from the list.
4. You will see links and a description for a variety of collections. A Table of Contents is available in the right hand column
5. From the Table of Contents on the right, you may select other categories of resources.
6. You may find print resources as well as electronic.
7. If you cannot find the materials or information you are looking for, do not hesitate to contact a librarian over the phone or through e-mail.
